Correção de horário de verão por chave de registro [Dica do MCT]

Cada item deve ser copiado em um arquivo de texto e salvo em formato .reg

Ao executar os arquivos .reg, será criado criado (ou alterado) algumas chaves de registro que podem ajudar a corrigir problemas com o horário de verão. Após aplicar as correções, será necessário reiniciar a máquina e desativar as atualizações automáticas para horário de verão aqui no Brasil.
